What You can expect
Therapy is a designated time and a safe space for you to explore things that are impacting your daily life (past and current factors, the challenges, the positives, and more).
We will start each session with where you are at and what you need that day, with your overarching goals in mind.
Here you’d be able to learn more about yourself -such as your needs, values, and preferences. You can also gain a better understanding of those around you.
You may be able recognize more of your strengths and feel more empowered.
You can take what you’ve discovered in sessions to help you navigate things in your world more confidently.
Logistics
We will meet weekly for 45 minute sessions using telehealth (video sessions). Longer sessions and/or more frequent meetings are available, if appropriate.
What Happens After I contact you to schedule a call?
I will respond within 48 business hours and schedule a free 15 minute consultation call with you to discuss your goals in therapy and address any questions you may have.
